Dating a sugar daddy is like a gamble for several younger women. For them, dating older guy can be both advantageous and disadvantageous depending on their reasons for dating them. Unlike back in the day, dating older guy isn’t that socially unacceptable anymore. The problem here is sometimes, the younger women themselves choose to stop their relationship with older men due to some reasons. Compatibility is one reason and there are several reasons more on why younger women and older guys don’t go too well together. Don’t get me wrong, some relationships DO work out well sometimes.
Failure in relationships between younger women and older men can be traced to several different reasons. Some younger women are only dating older guy just for the money and when the older guy can no longer give them this, they leave the guy. This, however, isn’t always the case. Some younger women leave the older guy because of the disadvantages that they can no longer handle. Here are some of these disadvantages:
Medical conditions.
We can’t deny the fact that older men are weaker and are much more susceptible to sickness compared to younger men. Due to this, they may experience several medical problems. These medical problems can include but are not limited to: strokes, heart attack and arthritis. The younger woman will then be obliged to take care of the older man.
Making a family.
Younger women who want to settle down and have a family should consider the older man’s age beforehand. Having children is still possible and I’m also certain that an older guy will still be able to do this. However, being able to play and spend time with them is another story. When thinking about this, younger women should ask themselves if their older partner will still be able to do this considering his age.
Psychological reasons.
We can’t deny the fact that regardless of age gap, people in a relationship can grow apart from each other. This will sometimes result to the end of the said relationship. Younger women who have been with older men for quite a while will eventually be able to grow apart from him. This doesn’t necessarily mean that she no longer loves or needs him. However, the older men may take this the other way and begin to become insecure, demanding and possessive. As a result of this, they will end up choking the younger women.
Control issues.
Men love to be in control; especially older ones. This is not entirely a bad thing but sometimes things can go overboard. Younger women don’t like to be always bossed around even if it is for their own good. If you are a younger woman that doesn’t want to be dictated on what you can do and what you can’t then dating older guy won’t be a good idea.
Lastly, if you are a younger woman dating older guy, you must be careful as he might dump you if he finds a younger and more attractive woman. This is of course if you are just a trophy wife. However, this won’t happy if you happen to have a real attraction and connection with each other. For my advice, do be careful if you are planning to date an older guy as you might not know what you’re getting yourself into.
